- Your email address and/or a contact telephone number.
- Your role at the company and a brief description of your needs.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your demo request and questions regarding Tautiva.
- To understand your stated requirements and provide relevant product information.
- This form is not intended for customer lists, corporate customer records, debt information, or other sensitive data.
Storage and deletion
- Demo enquiries are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and are accessible through the Tautiva administrator account.
- Form submissions are automatically deleted within 90 days of receipt, unless you submit a new request.
- Cloudflare processes and stores data as the infrastructure provider. Do not submit sensitive data through this form.
Your rights and contact
- To request access to or deletion of your demo enquiry, email aldhie@intrabis.id from the address you entered in the form.
- The administrator may verify that you control the contact address before deleting data, to prevent unauthorized requests.
- This notice may be updated when onboarding procedures and a comprehensive product policy become available.
